Arfinn Med allows medical professionals to track patient symptoms over the course of treatment.
1) When adding a new patient case, you will see a button 'SELECT SYMPTOMS' under the Qualifying Condition.
2) Choose which symptoms you would like to track for this patient.
3) After the medical record is created, navigate to the patient record and select the 'FOLLOW-UP' tab. You will see a button 'SYMPTOM TRACKER' on the right.
4) You will then see a list of all symptoms tracked with a timestamp. To update the symptoms, click the "UPDATE SYMPTOM' button on the bottom.
5) Select the symptom you would like to update. Then click 'SAVE' on the bottom right.
